The Ballhaus Riviera and Gesellschaftshaus Grünau are two Ballroom Buildings built in 1895 and 1897. Located on the banks of the Dahme River, River Cruises offloaded their Guests into the Ballrooms.
Falling under slight dissrepair during the DDR years – but remaining immensely popular – they were put under Administration after the German Reunification. Failing to find a buyer over the years, the Buildings have been heavily vandalized and are at the verge of collapsing.
